From luxury hotels with state-of-the-art gym equipment (and separate memberships) to pay-per-use gym pods, these fitness centres provide jet-setting clients a flexible exercising schedule
You’ve probably decided to make fitness a priority in 2019, but the difficulty comes when you’ve early morning meetings, events that run after office hours and even red-eye flights to catch… the list goes on. But thanks to the following 24-hour gyms around Singapore, it’s now possible to get fit round the clock. If you still can’t bear to sign up for memberships, some of these allow walk-in guests.
Founded by the former coaches and some of the customers from the now-defunct California Fitness, 24x Fitness offers personal training to help you hit your fitness goals effectively. Choose from six training programmes including circuit training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training and core workout sessions. Alternatively, opt for a customised workout plan designed by the trainers. The gym also offers membership benefits such as posture analysis, a heart rate test and a progress record. Prices begin at $25 per entry and from $79 per month for 18 months. Free trials are available.
