There are specialised zones for cardio workouts, strength and functional training, free weights and much more. What’s even better? The Gym Pod

The Gym Pod is Southeast Asia’s first 24-hour container gym and provides a safe environment for you to work out comfortably at your own time and pace. It comes across as slightly small given its size, but The Gym Pod maximises the available space with a treadmill, dumbbell rack and smith machine to help you achieve a wide variety of fitness goals. The downside: Up to three guests can use the pod each time, and it gets fairly cramped (not to mention, it’s an invasion of personal space) should the numbers be maxed out. Plus, there aren’t any shower facilities. But for those who don’t mind the lack of facilities, you may enjoy The Gym Pod. It’s also the most affordable on the list, given that each entry costs just $3.50. Unfortunately, just one pod is currently available.
