Fairmont Singapore’s reawakened cocktail bar, Anti:Dote is back with rich burgundy red tones, soft moody lighting, a renewed sense of purpose, and a CURE:ALL menu that promises to treat whatever ails you

What’s the story?

The next chapter of ANTI:DOTE unfolds under the stewardship of head bartender Eduardo Zamora and bar manager Carla Davina, a globally experienced duo with a knack for turning a night out into a full-sensory experience. The bar’s refreshed CURE:ALL menu reads like a witty prescription pad: ten inventive cocktails grouped into three mood states: Confident: Discover, Indulge: Empowered, and Reset: Recharged. The idea is a simple one, yet brilliant: match your drink to your current state of mind, or to the one you’d like to be in.

What’s good?

Here, you get mixology with intent. Whether you’re in search of sparkle, strength, clarity, or calm, there’s a glass for that. Standouts include the intensely decadent yet beautifully balanced Throwback to the Days, a grown-up nostalgia trip in the form of a peanut butter fat-washed vodka number, one that’s bold without being brash; Shimmer and Shine, where strong citrus notes cut through the bar’s moody ambience, making this refreshing rum-and-pear creation a literal and figurative breath of fresh air; and our favourite, the Fatigue Fix, which does exactly what it says on the tin–cucumber brightness slices through the mental fog accumulated throughout the week, easing you gently into the weekend.

The menu also extends beyond the shaker, with small plates inspired by Spanish pintxos–think salted cod churros, Iberian pork and foie gras sliders, and grilled ham and truffle sandwiches–all designed for grazing and sharing.

What else is there to know?

Anti:Dote is best enjoyed in small company. Perfect for two, and no more than six to eight, if you’re bringing the whole crew. The intimacy of the space works in your favour, whether you’re catching up over Shimmer and Shine or sinking into the lounge with a Burnout Brew in hand. As for must-orders? Throwback to the Days is worth planning your evening around, and Fatigue Fix might just save it.
