Aston Martin isn’t just shining in the automotive department. Come 2022, the illustrious carmaker is set to gain a major footing in luxury real estate with Aston Martin Residences, a sail-shaped condominium that sits on Miami’s Biscayne Bay Boulevard. The curvaceous 66-floor skyscraper will be home to a fleet of penthouses and residences, with the former sprawling across a minimum area of 8,800 sq ft. Even so, the peak – literally – of this extravagant project lies in its crowning glory: a US$50 million (S$67.71 million), 818 sqm triplex penthouse, which is still in search of its rightful owner and comes paired with a rare Aston Martin Vulcan supercar. Shared amenities for residents will span a staggering 3,927 sq m between the 52nd and 55th floors, while yacht owners need not look any further if they wish to do some sailing – downtown Miami’s only private deep-water marina sits just next door.
