Fashion shows and VIP tables are just some of what awaits partygoers on 15 and 16 September
If you’ve been a dedicated fan of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, chances are you’d be familiar with the iconic grandiose after-party that along comes with it, Amber Lounge. Come September, Singapore will play host again to this electrifying post-race shindig, gathering Formula One drivers and international stars from all around the world on the dancefloor.
Amber Lounge Singapore kicks off at Temasek Reflection, Millenia Walk on Saturday, 15 September with the F1 Driver Fashion Show. This is the golden chance for F1 fanatics to marvel at their idols in a different light (quite literally). Drivers themselves will strut the runway alongside international models. The night continues with Extravaganza, a high-energy party featuring club dancers, singers, a saxophonist and drummer as well as a surprise international live act.
The celebrations on Saturday, however, are just the tip of the iceberg. The revelry only peaks the very next evening at Amber Lounge’s closing party, where one can count on a thrilling lineup of iconic live acts and DJs. We’d recommend going all out and purchasing a Methusalem table — apart from personal wait staff, you’ll get a private pavilion on the terrace, a six-litre bottle of Champagne and a three-litre Jeroboam bottle of vodka. There are no transport woes either, the table package comes with chauffeur service within the city.
