F1 parties in Singapore

The Singapore Grand Prix isn’t complete without some electrifying, high-octane celebrations that take place just outside the city circuit

Singapore Grand Prix is in its 10th run this year, and there’s no reason why you should conclude your F1 experience without having a taste of the exhilarating, high-energy parties that come with it. We’ve curated a list of the best hotels and restaurants that offer the best views of the circuit, and we’re definitely not going to miss out on the most sensational party venues for this year. Put your party shoes on, shake, shimmy and mingle on the dancefloor and indulge in an evening of endless fun and revelry at these clubs and bars over the weekend from 14 to 16 September.

Amber Lounge

Consider the after-party at Amber Lounge to be the glitziest of all for this sole reason: you’ll get to rub shoulders with international stars and the F1 drivers themselves on the dancefloor. An electrifying line-up of iconic acts and DJs (drummers and a saxophonist included) will pump the party crowd till the wee hours of the morning. Oh, and of course, knock yourself out with free-flow champagne all night long (from €400, S$627).

Kicking off the shindig on Friday, 14 September is DJ Metro from Chicago, who’s known to have rubbed shoulders with international stars such as Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Lil John, Ariana Grande and Pitbull through his infectious beats. The party only gets wilder the next day- DJ Agent Smith will pump up the crowd in multiple folds as he mashes up an eclectic medley of EDM, Hip Hop, Indie and Rock.

Royal Albatross

Of course, the F1 parties aren’t just happening around the Downtown Core. Royal Albatross is offering two cruise options for more relaxed, toned-down celebrations: a buffet dinner cruise (from $1,240 for a table of four) on 15 September and high tea cruise (from $1,060 for a table of four) on 16 September. The latter will provide the opportunity for you to enjoy the calm and tranquility of cruising down the waterways of Singapore before going into the thick of the action at the racetracks, where all the glitz and glamour is.
