Born from a shared obsession with design and beauty, NEIT Whiskey respectfully challenges Irish whiskey’s heritage with modern luxury and global design
Luca and Francesco Fracassi are two brothers on a mission. As co-founders of the innovative NEIT Whiskey, they aim to appeal to a new generation of drinkers by bringing modern luxury to the age-old craft of Irish whiskey. Blending Italian flair with Irish know-how, NEIT distills its whiskey in nano-copper pot stills and ages the spirit in ex-bourbon, madeira and moscatel casks, before bottling the liquid in style. We speak with the brothers to find out more.
What inspired the creation of NEIT?
NEIT was born from a shared obsession with design, beauty and the art of reinvention. As accomplished entrepreneurs with a background in technology and innovation, we have long been driven by a passion for craftsmanship and aesthetics. What originally began as an investment in Irish whiskey casks quickly revealed a creative opportunity—despite Irish whiskey’s extraordinary heritage and quality, we felt it lacking a brand that spoke the language of modern luxury and global design. NEIT was our answer. Not just a whiskey, NEIT is our vision for what Irish whiskey could become when reimagined through a contemporary, design-first lens.
What brought about this love for Irish whiskey?
Our love for the spirit began as admiration for the spirit’s craftsmanship and historical significance. Irish whiskey has this beautiful duality—it’s steeped in tradition, yet versatile and approachable. This versatility deserves a platform that matches in sophistication, style and storytelling, which is what we have developed with NEIT.
Why is NEIT an important addition to the world of Irish whiskey and beyond?
NEIT is more than just a whiskey—it’s a cultural bridge that invites one to see Irish whiskey through a new lens. In a market that’s saturated with tradition, it brings clarity, edge and vision. We aren’t here to compete with the past, we are here to define the future of premium whiskey.

How does NEIT challenge whiskey traditions?
NEIT respects the roots of Irish whiskey, but we are here to push boundaries. From minimalist packing to unexpected flavour profiles, we are moving past clichés and focusing on modern expression. Instead of smoky leather armchairs and crystal decanters, we are all about bold experiences, shared moments and a new kind of luxury.
Our master distiller in Ireland brings decades of experience, carefully selecting and crafting each batch to ensure balance and character (the Madeira Mystery, for instance, is a non-chill filtered single malt that’s triple distilled and aged in a bourbon barrel for 14 years before being finished in a madeira hogshead for 18 months). We (the co-founders) lead the creative and strategic direction, overseeing everything from cask-sourcing to design. We are also supported by a growing collective of tastemakers who help shape NEIT’s story. That includes the likes of Jorge Cosano, formerly at Dom Pérignon; and Angelica Fendi from the Fendi family.
Where can one have a taste of NEIT in Singapore?
Currently, we have three signature expressions available in select locations across Europe, but we will be launching imminently in the USA and Asia, beginning with Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok. NEIT will soon be found at some of Singapore’s most refined culinary and hospitality destinations.
What else is new on the horizon?
Our recent partnerships with third-generation sushi master chef Endo Kazutoshi and Six Senses Hotels are just the beginning of NEIT’s global journey. These collaborations reflect our ethos of aligning with destinations and experiences that are rooted in wellness, design and elevated lifestyle. We are also exploring limited-edition releases, cross-cultural collaborations and sensory experiences.
