A select group of readers were treated to an intimate preview of Opus London–Bankside Yards’ soon-to-rise residential icon in the heart of London’s cultural South Bank

Few things rival the timeless allure of living well—except, perhaps, the opportunity to invest in a landmark before it opens its doors. That was precisely what a select group of Robb Report Singapore readers experienced at an exclusive preview co-hosted by Knight Frank and Robb Report Singapore.

Held at the elegant Min Jiang restaurant at Goodwood Park Hotel, the evening introduced Opus, the flagship residential tower of Bankside Yards. Rising 50 storeys above the River Thames, and set to become the tallest residential building in prime central London, Opus promises to redefine urban luxury.

Developed by Native Land and designed by PLP Architecture, the tower comprises 249 residences, from studios to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses up to 302 sqm. Each unit features modern Northern European interiors and floor-to-ceiling corner windows offering dual-aspect views of London’s most iconic landmarks, including St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge.

Anchoring Bankside Yards, the UK’s first fossil fuel-free mixed-use development, Opus brings together cultural heritage and cutting-edge sustainability. Residents will enjoy four levels of amenities, including the Summit Club & Deck on the 23rd floor, complete with a private dining suite, terrace, and double-height lounge and bar. On the ground floor, the River Rooms house creative spaces for art, music, and podcasting, while the Garden Rooms offer dedicated areas for wellness and relaxation. The Arches complex is a haven for fitness, with a gym, hydrotherapy pool, yoga and pilates studios, a padel court, and a golf simulator. Slated for completion in 2029, the site will also welcome the Mandarin Oriental Bankside Yards.

Guests enjoyed an insightful presentation followed by a six-course dinner, featuring refined dishes such as braised fish maw soup, pan-seared Kurobuta cutlet, and a delicate dessert of chilled hasma, red dragonfruit, and lemongrass jelly with honey sea coconut.
