Fine dining turned fun

To celebrate the start of a partnership with one of Thailand’s leading publishers, a select group of Robb Report guests were treated to a dinner hosted by Robb Report Thailand in the private dining room of House on Sathorn.

Playfully called A Dinner in Time, the night saw guests embarking on a culinary journey prepared by chef Fatih Tutak of W Hotel Bangkok. Taking delighted diners through the concept of ‘fun’ dining, dishes included Early Morning at Tsukiji Market, tuna with miso and truffle, and a local take on the classic steak frites.

Each of the seven courses was paired with an accompanying glass of wine, courtesy of Pernod Ricard. Liepa Olsauskaite, wine ambassador of Pernod Ricard Thailand was also present to delight guests with her knowledge of each wine presented.
