Polo Generations 2022 promises to be a fun-filled event while supporting a worthy cause

Polo Generations is happening this 13 November 2022 at the Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre. Expect a fun lineup of performances, contests and activities for your kids

Colts Polo & Riding is collaborating with the Argentine Embassy in Singapore to announce the launch of their flagship event Polo Generations in hopes of exposing more Singaporeans to the sport of polo in an informal, fun and family-friendly setting.

Known as the “Mecca of polo”, Argentina has been dominating the rest of the world competitively for over 70 years, much of that having to do with their illustrious history and culture of horse riding since the 1870s. At Polo Generations, you can look forward to witnessing several Argentinian players in action. H.E. Mauricio Nine, the Argentine Ambassador to Singapore will also be making an appearance this Sunday.

Several Argentinian players will play at the event

“Through this event we continue to broaden the audience of polo in Singapore promoting polo as a family sport where players of all ages and experiences can get involved” says Patrick Furlong, Founder and Director of Colts (also a Robb Report Singapore Thought Leader). “It is also our wish that more Singaporeans will get to know about polo and play the sport.”

Held at the world-class equestrian facilities of Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre, the new home of Colts Polo & Riding, the event will feature an exciting lineup of polo activities including a young children polo exhibition, the Family Cup, and The Ambassador’s Cup. You can also expect dance performances, a ‘foot-mallet’ and ‘wooden horse’ competition, and horse-feeding for children. A silent auction to raise funds for the VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer will also be conducted to support and raise awareness on the benefits of horse therapy for children.

Polo Generations will take place on Sunday, 13 November 2022, from 3pm to 9pm, at the Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre. Register here.
