The Hall by Louis Vuitton: Wing

Founded in 2022, The Hall by Louis Vuitton has been a joy to Chengdu’s dining scene, having earned its first star within two years and becoming the first restaurant opened by a fashion brand to reach Michelin status. As a way to foster curiosity and ignite new creative sparks, it endeavours to host collaborations with celebrated establishments, such as Sühring (Bangkok), Caprice (Hong Kong) and most recently, Wing, a modern Chinese restaurant from Hong Kong. More than just a meeting of chefs, this experience was a dialogue between East and West, introducing the Mediterranean coasts to Sichuan’s highlands, and the art of wok hei to velouté.
