Adidas makes its way to the course with the new Originals Golf range which includes new sneaker styles
It’s going to be a runway on the dance floor (literally and on the green) as Adidas introduces a new golf line to its repertoire. With the iconic Adidas Trefoil logo making a return through the collection, it is more than a mere expansion of the brand’s offerings; rather, it’s a homage to its roots.

“The Adidas Trefoil logo was first introduced in 1972 and represents the convergence of fashion and culture through sport,” notes Dylan Moore, senior creative director of Adidas Golf. “As we examined our roots in the game, we were inspired by the ways we pushed fashion on the course in the 70s and 80s and felt the time was right to reintroduce styles for golfers that are influenced by the fashion and culture of today.”
Housing a range of apparel, footwear, and accessories for men and women that draws inspiration from Adidas’ archives, the collection sports a palette of blues, whites, greens, and yellows and boasts intricate detailing.

For men, standout pieces include a knit polo crafted from a cotton-polyester sweater knit with flat knit rib hems and cuffs, finished in a tonal jacquard argyle pattern. There’s also a pleated pant with sewn-on 3-stripes and an Originals Archive Plaid Pant featuring a centre-fold press.

For women, a Printed Trefoil Polo that features a 3-button placket with raglan sleeve and cool touch double knit material and an Originals Pleated Skort with contrast colour tipping across the waist are amongst the many selections.
“Our iconic Originals range has always been defined by classic styles that have transcended time,” highlights Shaun Madigan, global apparel director of Adidas Golf. “We used our heritage as our muse and created Originals Golf with that same mindset, with the ultimate goal of building out a premium assortment of apparel that represents the convergence of fashion and culture that we are seeing in the game.”

The footwear lineup also leans into legacy. Alongside updated takes on the Stan Smith Golf and Samba Golf, new silhouettes like the Coursecup and Gazelle Golf make their debut. The Coursecup reinterprets the 1986 Gold Cup golf shoe with a Gripmore spikeless outsole, removable kiltie detailing, and a wingtip-style leather upper. The Gazelle, here, features enhanced cushioning and a durable Adiwear spikeless outsole.

The country club, golf core fashion is completed with hats, socks, belts, leather gloves, headcovers, golf and Boston bags. A premium golf towel, too, comes with the launch; it is an all-encompassing collection.
