hall of fame

From a humble tyre manufacturer that created a food directory so that motorists could grab meals along the motorway, and thereby driving up motor sales, Michelin Guide has grown to become the purveyor of fine food, with 25 guides in 24 countries.

Tonight, in Restaurant Joel Robuchon at Resorts World Sentosa, Michelin Guide revealed its inaugural list for our lion city. Stars were generously dished out, with 27 restaurants and two hawker stalls garnering a total of 37 stars.
