Get ready to indulge: The Robb Report Hong Kong’s RR1 Culinary Masters is going big for its premiere in Asia. Building on the success following previous editions of Culinary Masters—a RR1 members-only event—MGM and Robb Report Hong Kong bring the dining extravaganza to MGM COTAI in Macau from 10 to 13 August 2023. Showcasing only the best fine-dining experiences helmed by the culinary scene’s brightest stars, the gastronomic celebration will also be elevated by thoughtful discourse.

RR1 Culinary Masters 2023 takes place shortly after the United Nation’s observance of Sustainable Gastronomy Day on 18 June 2023. In alignment with this, all of the attending chefs have penned their empirical thoughts on redefining the future of gastronomy, and will present meals that centre around the theme, The Flavours of Tomorrow, Savouring the Future
