Bearing witness to The Macallan’s relentless drive for innovation, The Macallan M Collection—a range of limited-release single malt whiskies—espouses the acclaimed Six Pillars upon which the distillery was first founded. Matured in exceptional sherry-seasoned oak casks, each expression is housed in exquisite handcrafted Lalique crystal decanters, masterfully sculpted to accentuate their rich hues with intensity and finesse.
To celebrate the launch of the collection, a select group of Robb Report Singapore readers were invited to experience an exclusive whisky pairing dinner, hosted by brand ambassador Randall Tan at The Macallan Boutique at Raffles Hotel Singapore. In the comfort of the boutique’s private dining room—elegantly refurbished to reflect a more enigmatic, sophisticated façade—our guests savoured some of the finest cuts of meat procured by chef Rémy Lefebvre of Butcher’s Block, alongside The Macallan Double Cask 12, 15 and 18 Years Old; culminating, of course, in The Macallan M—one of the darkest spirits the distillery has created, foregrounding a mesmerising auburn derived purely from the finest natural ingredients.
