Now in its third edition, the signature Robb Report Hong Kong event brings 10 Michelin stars, cultural performances, and refined East Asian gastronomy to Macau this June

From haute cuisine to high culture; co-hosted by MGM and Robb Report Hong Kong, the third edition of the MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters Macau 2025 is poised to deliver one of the most compelling luxury dining experiences in the region, unfolding over two immersive days, 7 and 8 June, across MGM COTAI and MGM Macau.

With the theme “Flavours of Harmony: A Culinary Journey Through East Asia,” the event presents a rare opportunity to witness four of the region’s most decorated chefs unite for an eight-hand gala dinner. Combined, the chefs hold 10 Michelin stars and represent the pinnacle of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean fine dining.

Among them is Chef Cheung Yat Fung of Beijing’s three-starred Chao Shang Chao; Chef Kang Mingoo, the visionary behind Seoul’s three-starred Mingles; Chef Hiroki Nakanoue of Osaka’s avant-garde Sushiyoshi; and Chef Pan Sihui of Macau’s one-starred Aji. Together, what’s offered is a menu that interprets harmony across borders, flavour profiles, and culinary traditions.

Supporting the gastronomic main event is a weekend of curated cultural and lifestyle experiences. Guests will take part in intimate cooking classes, premium tastings (including champagne, maotai, sake, and caviar), and a Sichuan-style luncheon hosted by Chef Yang Dengquan of Michelin-starred Five Foot Road. Chef Antonieta Manhao, a steward of Macanese culinary heritage, also joins the programme to co-create bespoke dining moments.

Beyond the plate, guests will enjoy exclusive access to MGM’s cultural and entertainment offerings. Highlights include the acclaimed Macau 2049 theatre production by Zhang Yimou, immersive exhibitions at the Poly MGM Museum, and the digital art showcase Brilliant Stars: The Civilization of Ancient Shu. For retail aficionados, a private shopping experience at One Central Macau awaits, complete with tailored services and exclusive perks.

The MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters continues to push the boundaries of what a culinary event can be, with its seamless blend of fine dining, cultural exchange, and refined indulgence. As Macau celebrates its dual recognition as both a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and the Culture City of East Asia 2025, this celebration of flavours couldn’t be more timely–or more tantalising.
