Bonhams will be holding a Downton Abbey auction and exhibition, just in time for the movie finale

By Robb Report Singapore 11 July, 2025

Proceeds from the Downton Abbey auction will be donated to Together for Short Lives, the UK’s leading children’s charity

It’s been an incredible ride at Downton Abbey, since the world was introduced to the aristocratic Crawleys and their roster of (mostly) endearing staff. Through love, loss, scandals and laughter over six seasons and two motion pictures, the hit series will be bidding its final goodbye with a third and final movie this September.

Before the doors to Downton Abbey close for good, Bonhams will be holding an online auction alongside a special exhibition, that will be free and open to the public at Bonhams New Bond Street in London.

Happening from 18 August to 16 September 2025 on bonhams.com, the auction will be a collector’s wet dream of props, costumes and set pieces; highlights include Lady Mary’s ‘Wedding 1 Prop Costume’ and ‘Wedding Bouquet’ from season three, and Violet Crawley’s ‘Light Pink Day Dress’ and ‘Dark Grey Day Dress’ from season six. Proceeds will be donated to Together for Short Lives, the UK’s leading charity for children with life-threatening and limiting conditions.
