Bulgari Serpenti through the eyes of Alexander Wang

Why you should care: As part of the “Serpenti Through the Eyes Of” series, Bulgari has joined forces with Alexander Wang to present a limited-edition handbag collection during New York Fashion Week in September 2019. In the vein of Wang’s signature high-low approach, the collection centres around elevating traditional packaging items like the watch box, dust bag and paper shopping bag into practical yet luxurious propositions. There is a host of stylish possibilities: the Triplette shoulder bag is crowned with three snakeheads instead of one, the functional Shopping tote (available in three sizes) features precious snakebite detail, and the new Minaudière is a playful nod to Bulgari’s DNA as a jeweller.
